Expanding Emergency Medical Transportation
A large-scale ambulance deployment supporting the availability of emergency healthcare transportation across Bihar.
The Bihar Ambulance Project was undertaken to enhance the availability of emergency healthcare services and improve patient access to timely medical transportation.
Sysmed Exim Pvt. Ltd. contributed to the project through the supply and deployment of 1,000 advanced medical ambulances, comprising 534 Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances and 466 Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances.
The ambulances were equipped and configured to support different levels of emergency care, enabling medical teams to provide essential assistance during patient transfers and emergency situations.
