Back End Executive – Government Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back End Executive – Government Sales to support our tendering and sales operations for government clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in government sales and tender documentation, along with strong MS Office proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting government tender documents
  • Maintain and update tender documentation, product listings, and pricing formats
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams for gathering required information
  • Ensure timely upload of bids on GeM and other tender portals
  • Track tender opportunities and submission timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of tenders, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Communicate with government clients for clarifications and document submissions
  • Support in documentation for post-tender processes like LOAs, POs, and billing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in government sales/tender processes
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Basic knowledge of GeM and government procurement portals
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
