Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back End Executive – Government Sales to support our tendering and sales operations for government clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in government sales and tender documentation, along with strong MS Office proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and submitting government tender documents
- Maintain and update tender documentation, product listings, and pricing formats
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for gathering required information
- Ensure timely upload of bids on GeM and other tender portals
- Track tender opportunities and submission timelines
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, quotations, and follow-ups
- Communicate with government clients for clarifications and document submissions
- Support in documentation for post-tender processes like LOAs, POs, and billing
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in government sales/tender processes
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of GeM and government procurement portals
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
