Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and MS Excel and familiar with GST and TDS compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries and maintain financial documentation
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Assist in audit processes and financial reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for collections and payments
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
